About the internship
NovaFocus Private Limited is looking for a hands-on Automation QA Testing & Customer Success Intern who is comfortable working across testing and customer support tasks. The role is suited to someone familiar with Jira, Appium, Java, and HTML, and interested in building practical experience in product quality and user success.
What you'll do
- Partner with the QA team to design and run automated test scenarios using Appium and Java.
- Test web and mobile products thoroughly to help maintain a smooth, reliable user experience.
- Log, organize, and follow up on bugs, defects, and enhancement requests in Jira.
- Support the resolution of customer questions and product issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the customer success team to collect user feedback and improve satisfaction.
- Help refine QA workflows, testing methods, and related processes.
- Build practical experience in a fast-moving environment with mentoring and growth opportunities.
Who can apply
This internship is open to candidates who can work full time from the office, can join sometime between 2nd Jul'26 and 6th Aug'26, and can commit for 6 months. Requirements
- Strong interest in quality assurance testing and customer success.
- Working knowledge of Java, HTML, Appium, Jira, iOS, Android, and Windows.
- Ability to create and execute automated test cases.
- Comfortable testing mobile applications across platforms.
- At least 1–2 years of experience is preferred.
- Experience in a product-based company is an advantage.
Compensation and offer
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 40,000 to 45,000. If converted into a permanent role, the expected salary is ₹5,00,000 to ₹5,50,000 per year.
