About the organisation
The organisation is a community-driven social initiative that encourages voluntary participation in social work. It believes that every member of society shares responsibility for community development and care, and works as a collective of like-minded people with varied ideas to extend meaningful social support.
About the internship
This HR internship is a remote, part-time opportunity where the selected intern will support batch coordination, communication, recruitment activities, onboarding, documentation, and ongoing HR operations. The role involves handling daily follow-ups, maintaining records, assisting with internal processes, and contributing to organisational improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
The intern will help ensure that assigned batches run smoothly, respond to queries from department interns, and stay in regular contact with the HR Coordinator. Daily task allocation is expected between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM according to the workflow.
The role also includes organising task review meetings, weekly check-ins, and maintaining accurate records related to intern tasks, attendance, performance, and progress.
Recruitment support is a major part of the internship and may include sharing openings on professional platforms as directed, performing initial screening and calling rounds, updating recruitment trackers, creating and managing sub-batches, adding interns to the correct groups, conducting orientation sessions, and handling onboarding and documentation-related work.
Additional assignments may involve creating presentations, drafting job descriptions, designing posters, preparing policies, working on HR case studies, supporting onboarding, preparing reports, collecting feedback, managing data, assisting with offer letters, supporting employee engagement activities, reviewing workflows, auditing the onboarding experience, and suggesting process improvements.
Working hours and availability
The intern must remain active and reachable from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, able to begin between 4 July 2026 and 8 August 2026, and ready to commit for 6 weeks. Candidates should also have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are encouraged to apply.
Other requirements
Preferred educational backgrounds include MBA in HR, Marketing, or General Management; or BBA/BBM in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, or another HR-related or people-focused field. Women interested in starting their HR career from the basics are also suitable for this opportunity.
Perks
Selected interns will receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and flexible work hours.
