Jarurat Care is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment activities and build practical experience across the full hiring cycle. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants more than observation and is ready to take ownership of real hiring work. You will help source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and strengthen candidate pipelines in a fast-moving environment focused on meaningful social impact.

What you will do

  • Manage assigned recruitment tasks end to end, beginning with sourcing and continuing through final hiring closure.
  • Identify potential candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, Broxer, Twitter (X), and similar channels.
  • Review resumes and profiles to shortlist candidates who best match the role requirements.
  • Handle interview coordination, gather feedback, and keep candidates engaged through follow-ups.
  • Update the candidate database and recruitment tracker using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Maintain active communication with candidates from different sourcing channels to improve response rates.
  • Help close hiring needs quickly while maintaining candidate quality standards.
  • Support smooth communication between applicants and internal stakeholders during the recruitment process.
