Role Overview
ForwardNet Logistics is hiring an Afterhours Operations Team Member to support overnight operations and keep communication flowing smoothly across shifts.
Work Schedule
The shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Macedonian time, which corresponds to 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM CST in the USA.
Training and Work Arrangement
For the first few weeks, the selected person will work from the company office in Aerodrom, Skopje to learn the procedures, meet the team, and get familiar with the responsibilities of the shift. Once training is complete and the role feels manageable, the employee may work from home or continue on-site.
Growth Opportunity
Candidates who want to move into a dispatcher role later are encouraged to mention that during the interview. The company is willing to invest extra time and support in training and development for team members who show motivation to grow into dispatch work.
