This position requires on-site collaboration up to five days per week, and that arrangement may change depending on business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Bring together and review data from several internal sources.
- Assess data quality and perform detailed analysis on datasets.

- Build, maintain, and refresh more than 150 Power BI reports.
- Apply statistical techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships.
- Develop advanced SQL queries to work with data for analysis, storage, sorting, and retrieval.
- Translate raw information into clear, useful insights.
- Respond to routine day-to-day data requests.
- Help expand the program by applying deeper analytical methods such as machine learning, simulation, predictive modeling, and robust statistical approaches.
- Meet with stakeholders to understand goals, objectives, and KPIs, then deliver meaningful reports and recommendations.
- Use strong analytical thinking and problem-solving to support program needs.
Experience and qualifications
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of BI analytics development experience, or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, operations research, data science, or a related discipline.
Applicants should also bring practical knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data warehousing, along with strong SQL skills and expert-level Microsoft Excel ability.
Preferred experience
- Background in flight operations or Flight Data Monitoring analysis and software.
- Working knowledge of DAX, PowerShell, or VBA at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Experience with advanced statistical modeling.
- Exposure to safety reporting or safety management systems.
