About the Role

Dar wa Emaar is seeking a dedicated Architect to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, onsite position focuses on managing the property handover process, ensuring a seamless experience for new homeowners. The role involves coordinating between various departments and directly engaging with customers to address their needs during this critical phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee property handover procedures, including conducting thorough pre-handover inspections to confirm unit readiness and adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Schedule and manage customer handover appointments, providing clear explanations of unit features, warranties, and maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure all necessary handover documentation is meticulously completed and duly signed by all parties involved.
• Serve as the main liaison for customers throughout the handover journey, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with homeowners to foster high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with Construction, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Facilities Management, and external Contractors to guarantee efficient handover operations.
• Track the readiness status of units and promptly escalate any significant issues that could jeopardize handover timelines.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and all applicable regulations throughout the handover process.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience is necessary in fields such as real estate development, construction, property management, customer experience, or handover operations.
