About the Role
This position is for an Associate Manager in Customer Service, responsible for overseeing a team of 20 to 25 customer service associates and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Guide and manage a team of 20–25 customer service associates.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and maintain adherence to SLA commitments.

- Track team performance and support achievement of operational targets.
- Review reports and use insights to improve service processes.
- Contribute to process enhancements across customer service operations.
