About the Role
Starbucks is seeking future leaders who are driven by purpose and aspire to make a positive impact. What We're Looking For
- A minimum of two years of experience in retail or customer service management.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a background in a sales-oriented environment.
- Completion of High School or GED equivalent.
Requirements
- Possession of legal documentation verifying identity and eligibility for employment in Canada.
- Availability for full-time work, regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, including flexible hours encompassing early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $52,600 to $63,050 CAD. Actual pay will be determined by market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may qualify for a performance-based bonus program and annual stock grants.
