Position Summary
As an Associate Product Manager on the Senior Care Advanced Insights Team, you will support the development of data, analytics, and AI products designed to enhance care delivery. You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to deliver products that offer an exceptional user and customer experience. Your role involves maintaining a healthy product backlog and ensuring the tactical execution of product and operational strategies.
You will work under the guidance of Senior Product Managers, leveraging your natural curiosity and growth mindset to maximize the value delivered across various PointClickCare products.
Key Responsibilities
- Align with company strategy and translate it into product strategy and assigned scope.
- Develop deep product expertise for your assigned scope, understanding its functionality and customer value.
- Act as the voice of the customer for the scrum team, including engineering and UX, and collaborate with engineering leads on product delivery ceremonies.
- Manage a prioritized backlog and create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide engineering teams.
- Continuously identify opportunities for product and service improvement.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage risks effectively.
- Oversee the end-to-end data-to-insight pipeline, including ingestion, cataloging, normalization, model training, and deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI platform teams to ensure smooth data flow.
- Engage with customers to validate product-market fit.
Additional Information
This role is based in Mississauga, ON, and is a hybrid position. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to reside within commutable distance to the office and participate in weekly/bi-weekly/monthly team events. This is a mandatory requirement for this position.
