About The Warehouse Group
The Warehouse Group is home to some of Aotearoa New Zealand’s best-known retail names, including The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, and Noel Leeming. The business focuses on creating engaging customer experiences and continues to support public-good and sustainability initiatives.
Role purpose
This position supports the Availability Manager with keeping stock levels healthy, delivering the Managers Trading Plan, and coordinating the Fill Team. The work is carried out in the evening, at a time designed to minimise disruption for customers while still keeping the store presented well and fully stocked.
Working hours
- Tuesday to Saturday, 11:45am to 8:15pm
What the role involves
The focus of the role is to help ensure customers can find what they need easily and leave satisfied. That means supporting product presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery, while working to tight deadlines so the store remains tidy, well stocked, and ready for trade.

The ideal person brings energy, a sense of urgency, the confidence to follow through on plans, strong written and verbal communication, and leadership capability or potential.
