About the Role

This part-time cleaning position is based at The Chain Locker in Falmouth, a historic 16th-century inn located on the town’s scenic quayside. The setting overlooks the Carrick Roads sailing waters and Falmouth Harbour, with beaches, creeks, and the energy of the town close by.

You’ll help keep the premises welcoming, spotless, and comfortable for guests while contributing to a friendly front-of-house experience. If you do not have prior experience in this type of work, training and support will be provided.

What You’ll Do

Your main focus will be maintaining high standards of cleanliness and helping the site feel inviting for visitors. You should be ready to help out wherever needed and work with a positive, practical approach.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in detail, enjoys keeping spaces clean and tidy, and brings a helpful “can-do” mindset. A warm, guest-focused attitude is important, along with a willingness to support the team when required.
