Role overview
Lancashire County Council is hiring Community Support Workers for the Adult Disability Fylde Domiciliary Service in Fleetwood. This is a permanent full-time role with a salary of £25,949 to £25,989 per year, pro rata.
About the role
In this position, you will work with people in a range of settings and help them live as independently as possible. The role calls for compassion, empathy and a strong commitment to improving the lives of others.
You may assist people to build new skills, support older adults or people with disabilities, and help with different aspects of personal care. The work may take place in a person's home as well as out in the community.

- Helping individuals develop everyday skills and increase independence.
- Providing support to older people and people with disabilities with care-related tasks.
- Assisting service users both at home and in community-based settings.
- Taking part in training and qualification opportunities while working.
