This position is centred on delivering positive customer experiences while helping keep the store clean, well stocked, and inviting for guests. The work environment is busy and requires strong time management, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and a calm approach in a fast-moving setting.

• A strong focus on delivering excellent service to every customer
• Confidence working independently and also collaborating with others
• Comfort with being on your feet for extended periods, including handling moderate to heavy lifting and reaching tasks
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
• Willingness to learn and actively promote products and special offers
