WaterScience was founded in 2014 with the goal of giving non-drinking water the same care and attention that drinking water receives. Over the years, the company has grown from a small Bangalore warehouse into a 120+ member team spread across 6 Indian cities. Its product range includes shower and tap filters, water softeners, and solutions for hard water, and these are used by more than 2 million people every day. The company aims to create higher standards in filtration for bathing, washing, and cooking water while supporting healthier lives and a more sustainable future.
Role overview
This position is focused on being the customer-facing voice of WaterScience, offering prompt, accurate, and helpful support throughout the entire customer journey.
Location and working model
The role is based in Mahadevapura, Whitefield, Bangalore. It is an on-site position with a 6-day work week, including rotational weekends. The shift structure runs between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, with 9-hour rotational shifts.

Key responsibilities
- Respond to pre-sales questions and guide customers toward the most suitable product.
- Handle after-sales concerns related to orders, installation, troubleshooting, and product usage.
- Manage customer communication across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Follow up with customers to make sure issues are closed within the expected timeline.
- Maintain a professional, warm, and consistent support experience.
- Log customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Monitor open cases and ensure regular follow-ups are completed.
- Spot repeated issues and pass feedback to help improve products and internal processes.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Share customer insights that can improve the overall service experience.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfort handling customer conversations over calls, emails, and chat.
- Good problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with CRM or customer support tools is preferred.
- Experience supporting a D2C or e-commerce business is preferred.
- Background in home appliances, consumer products, or water solutions is an added advantage.

Additional information
This is a full-time position. The pay range mentioned for the role is INR 3,00,000 to INR 5,50,000 per year.
