Key responsibilities

• Work with business and IT stakeholders to collect, review, and document requirements.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications while coordinating with vendors and implementation partners.
• Assess existing business workflows and data systems to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Drive software improvement efforts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI platforms.
• Share actionable insights and recommendations that help improve operations and product adoption.
• Contribute to data modeling, reporting, and ongoing process improvement work.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and governance standards across reporting outputs.

Required experience and qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
• Advanced SQL expertise, including the ability to query and manage large datasets.
• Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
• Understanding of Lakehouse Architecture and modern data warehousing principles.
• Working knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) practices.
• Experience operating in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills.
• Comfort working with both technical teams and non-technical business partners.

Preferred background

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or medical device settings.
• Additional exposure to enterprise reporting tools or cloud analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance best practices and business process optimization.
