Data Analyst (Entry Level / Junior)

We are seeking an entry-level or junior Data Analyst who is attentive, proactive, and eager to build a career in analytics. The position involves working with data to help guide business decisions and strengthen operational results. Key Responsibilities

• Gather information from multiple sources, then clean, structure, and prepare it for analysis.
• Review datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and useful insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual representations for internal teams.
• Help maintain databases and support data quality and accuracy.
• Assist business teams by turning findings into practical, data-backed suggestions.
• Work with colleagues on analytics and reporting assignments.
• Record data workflows and keep documentation up to date.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Careful attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis methods.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python will be considered an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, plus solid organization.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in learning and growing professionally.

Qualifications

A diploma or bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a similar field is preferred. Recent graduates are welcome. Prior internship experience, academic data projects, or other hands-on exposure to analytics will be an added benefit.
