Role overview

IntePros is hiring a Data Analyst for its Nashville, Tennessee onsite team. The position supports operational planning, capacity monitoring, and business performance work in a fast-moving logistics and transportation setting. It blends analysis, dashboard creation, and collaboration with stakeholders to help guide decisions and improve efficiency.

The right person will be comfortable handling large datasets, spotting patterns, and turning raw information into practical business recommendations.

What you will do

• Review operational and business data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build and update dashboards and reporting tools in Tableau and Excel.
• Use SQL to pull, validate, and analyze data sets.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Assist with capacity planning, network performance tracking, and broader business reporting.
• Share insights and findings with cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Track key performance indicators and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Required qualifications

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, especially with complex data.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards and visualizations.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Exposure to Tableau or other business intelligence platforms.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred background

• Experience in pricing, revenue management, transportation, logistics, or network planning is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver business solutions backed by data.
• Comfort presenting dashboards, reports, or analytical work to business audiences.
