Role Overview
This is a permanent, full-time Data Analyst position based in Singapore. The role focuses on analyzing auto-loan data, producing reports, and turning findings into practical recommendations that help guide business decisions.
What You Will Do
- Support data analysis across the full lifecycle of new products and operational initiatives, from early-stage market research and profitability review through execution, project planning, launch support, performance tracking, and ROI monitoring.
- Track key loan portfolio and performance indicators using analytical tools.
- Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports in tools such as Power BI and Tableau, tailoring them to the needs of different teams and stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional partners to build and execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives, including expansion planning, budgeting, and improving marketing, operations, and sales performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a closely related field.
- Strong command of statistical analysis methods and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid SQL skills for working with relational databases, including data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for analysis and data handling.
- Sharp analytical thinking, strong problem-solving ability, and close attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with varied teams.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adjust quickly when business needs change.
- Interest in ongoing learning and keeping pace with new trends and tools in analytics.
- Understanding of statistical analysis, data modelling, and data mining techniques.
