Position Overview
accesso Intelligence, powered by Dexibit, is the analytics and AI layer for the attractions industry. It helps visitor venues turn complex operational data into practical decisions that improve attendance, spending, engagement, guest satisfaction, loyalty, and efficiency. The team combines long-standing sector experience with startup-style pace and the backing of a larger listed business.
The platform is built on a broad cross-vendor data foundation, connecting to more than 100 source systems used across ticketing, food and beverage, retail, queueing, CRM, operations, and related areas. That foundation supports forecasting, benchmarking, conversational insight, and AI-driven decision-making.
This role is focused on delivering and scaling integrations for accesso Intelligence. You will own the technical implementation of integrations, then apply that pattern consistently across the customer base while helping maintain and improve the data platform.
The work requires both technical depth and commercial understanding of how attractions operate. Complex revenue-sharing structures, multi-operator ticketing, and seasonal membership logic are common in this environment, so strong data work depends on understanding the business context behind the data.
The position is based in Auckland and follows a hybrid setup, with about three days per week in the Parnell office and up to two days from home. It reports to the VP of accesso Intelligence. No travel is required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define repeatable integration approaches for accesso products in partnership with the data engineering team, including the data model, transformation rules, semantic mapping, and quality standards.
- Roll out integrations for new customers by configuring each venue, checking data integrity, and ensuring everything meets acceptance criteria.
- Maintain integrations over time by handling change requests, configuration updates, and troubleshooting when data drifts or breaks.
- Develop derived datasets and transformation logic that turn source-system output into analytics-ready inputs for accesso Intelligence.
- Share integration findings and product feedback with internal engineering teams to improve the platform and uncover future opportunities.
- Work directly with customer technical and operational stakeholders during onboarding and after go-live, including data discussions, expectation setting, and translation between customer systems and platform requirements.
What You Bring
You should be comfortable working in Python and SQL, and have experience with data platforms, transformation workflows, APIs, and third-party integrations. Experience with DuckDB or MotherDuck is not required, but curiosity about modern data tools is important.
Strong candidates will understand that data is tied to real-world operations. You should be able to build a practical model of how an attraction or venue works, including business rules, revenue relationships, data quirks, and internal structure.
The role suits someone who can identify patterns, document a standard approach, and execute consistently at scale while still adapting when a customer needs something different.
You will need to be comfortable engaging with customer data teams, translating business needs into technical requirements, and communicating clearly about scope, feasibility, and timing.
A strong commitment to data quality is important. You should care about acceptance criteria, validation, and derived logic, and be willing to protect the standard of what good data looks like.
Possible Backgrounds

- A SaaS implementation or solutions engineering professional with solid data fundamentals and interest in deeper technical work.
- A BI or data analyst who has moved into pipelines and integrations and enjoys working at the intersection of delivery and customer context.
- Someone from attractions, hospitality, or cultural venues who has worked closely with data systems and wants to build implementation expertise.
