About Breezy
Breezy is a leading trade-in and device refurbishment business operating across Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. The company has a team of more than 250 people working in 8 countries and is part of ASBIS, an international IT products distributor.
The business covers several areas: trade-in services that let customers exchange devices for discounts or gift cards, buyback services for companies that convert unused equipment into cash in a safe and eco-friendly way, and device refurbishment supported by an AI-driven robotic production facility with three ISO certifications and Industry 5.0 standards. Breezy also runs its own retail outlets and online store.
In Georgia, its partner network includes iSpace, Alta, Elite, Kontakt, iTechnics, Silknet, iCity, iStore, Zoomer, and other major electronics and telecom retailers.
Role Overview
Breezy is hiring a Device Grading Specialist to handle the evaluation, preparation, and movement of devices within its refurbishment and resale process.
What You'll Do
- Test devices to confirm they function properly and meet quality and performance benchmarks.
- Inspect smartphones, laptops, and other devices visually and technically using internal checklists and grading rules.
- Assign each device the correct grade based on company standards.
- Get devices ready for resale and hand completed items over to the finished goods warehouse.
- Capture standardized device photos and enter them into the system.
- Arrange device pickups and shipments from partner companies, including the necessary paperwork.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on personal use of smartphones and laptops.
- Solid familiarity with leading consumer electronics brands.
- Working knowledge of common device categories, including smartphones, laptops, smartwatches, and headphones.
- Understanding of operating systems such as Android, iOS, and Windows.
- Awareness of the main hardware components found in smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smartwatches.
Working Conditions
The role is full-time and based onsite in Tbilisi, Georgia, at 8 Pekini Avenue. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
