Role Overview
This position is responsible for shaping and executing marketing support for the assigned mandate brands. The role sits in Mumbai and is intended for a leader who can guide brand strategy, manage commercial outcomes, and coordinate cross-functional execution.
Key Accountabilities
- Build and implement marketing support plans for the mandate brands.
- Lead a team of three Brand Managers at the M3 level.
- Own budgeting, targeting, promotional planning, P&L responsibility, forecasting, and related business management tasks.
- Drive the brand planning cycle for the mandate brands.
- Support customer retention initiatives and prepare plans to grow the customer base.
- Ensure marketing support is rolled out effectively and aligned with business priorities.
