This opening is for an Expeditor in Winter Haven, Florida, for someone with a strong eye for detail and a clear understanding of food quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow portion guidelines, quality expectations, and all department policies and procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized during the shift.
• Accurately use prep sheets and recipes to support kitchen operations.
• Check food quality and verify that orders are correct before they go out.
• Track product levels throughout the shift and share supply needs when required.
• Work according to first-in, first-out rotation practices.
• Maintain proper sanitation and cleaning standards at all times.
• Communicate clearly in a busy, fast-moving, high-volume setting.
• Work cooperatively as part of the team.
