A transportation organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fleet activity across several regions. The position suits professionals with practical exposure to fleet control, dispatch coordination, fuel transport, car carriers, and logistics support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee routine fleet and transport operations on a daily basis.
- Work with dispatch staff to plan trips, assign drivers, and organize routes.
- Track vehicle movement, operational performance, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate driver schedules and ensure compliance with operating requirements.
- Support activities related to fuel transport, car carriers, tippers, and logistics work.
- Help maintain efficiency while keeping operating costs under control.
- Compile daily operational updates and liaise with branch management.
Requirements
- Background in fleet operations or transport supervision is required.
