Role Overview

This contract opportunity is for a frontend engineer working remotely from anywhere. The assignment supports a client project focused on building and maintaining polished, user-facing web interfaces with Vue.js and related frontend technologies. The work calls for close coordination with cross-functional partners to deliver responsive, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Create and improve frontend applications with Vue.js, keeping performance and accessibility in focus.
Work alongside UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that aligns with established best practices.
Take part in code reviews and help shape technical decisions related to frontend architecture.
Investigate and fix issues in existing frontend products to strengthen overall functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Solid hands-on experience with Vue.js and modern JavaScript frameworks, along with a strong grasp of component-driven development.
Practical experience with state management tools such as Vuex or Pinia.
Working knowledge of frontend build systems like Webpack, Vite, or similar tools.
Good command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
Experience using testing tools such as Jest or Cypress.
Strong analytical thinking and careful attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with limited supervision.

Project Details

The assignment involves contributing to scalable web applications for a global software development leader. A key part of the work is integrating third-party APIs to expand platform capabilities.
