About the internship
Queens Of Change Foundation is looking for a full stack development intern with solid HTML knowledge to support digital initiatives that further its mission of empowering women and girls. This role offers hands-on exposure to building and improving web features for a purpose-driven organization working for community impact.
What you will do
- Work alongside the development team to plan, build, and roll out new website features.
- Improve web application performance so pages load faster and scale more smoothly.
- Identify, investigate, and fix issues that appear during development.
- Keep up with current web development tools, approaches, and industry trends.
- Support ongoing updates and upkeep of the existing codebase.
- Help with routine website maintenance and content or functionality changes.
- Share practical ideas to improve the site’s usability and overall user experience.
