FGG Spa, LLC is hiring a results-oriented General Manager for its Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa location in Murfreesboro, Tennessee (536 N Thompson Ln J, Murfreesboro, TN 37129). This is a leadership role for someone who leads through service, builds a positive team culture, and knows how to balance guest experience with business performance.

The right candidate will take ownership of spa operations, improve revenue and profitability, and develop a team that consistently performs at a high level. This position is best suited to a hands-on leader who can inspire people while also managing the numbers that drive the business.

What You’ll Lead

• Day-to-day spa operations and overall business results
• Revenue, membership growth, sales performance, and profitability
• Tracking of key metrics, reporting, and full P&L responsibility

Team Leadership

• Recruiting, hiring, and keeping a strong-performing team
• Coaching, developing, and supporting team members with a people-first style
• Creating a workplace culture built on accountability, engagement, and excellent service
• Delivering a consistent world-class client experience across every customer interaction

Performance Goals

• Grow revenue through memberships, service usage, and retail sales
• Review data and reports to spot opportunities and improve outcomes
• Manage scheduling and staffing to meet both service demand and operational needs
• Carry out local marketing and community outreach efforts

Candidate Profile

This opportunity is intended for a leader with a strong mix of people management and business understanding. You should be comfortable using KPI data to guide decisions, and prior P&L ownership is a strong advantage. The role also requires the ability to work in a fast-moving environment and maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
