Overview
Grand Hyatt Al Khobar is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the hotel’s cleanliness standards and day-to-day housekeeping operations.
Role Summary
This position is responsible for leading all cleaning-related functions across guest rooms, public areas, and non-kitchen back-of-house areas. The role also covers the laundry and dry-cleaning operations for hotel linens, staff uniforms, and guest laundry.
Requirements
The preferred background for this role includes a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Candidates should bring at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a larger hotel operation. Strong problem-solving ability, administrative capability, and interpersonal skills are essential.
