HR Driver

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Driver to join a full-time team based at the Mildura depot in Victoria. This role supports essential services across the region and includes early morning work starting at 4:45am, with the possibility of overtime.

The position offers an hourly rate of $32.39 and is a permanent full-time opportunity.

Key duties

• Operate collection vehicles, mainly side-lift trucks, with cross-training provided for front-lift work.
• Handle the loading and unloading of commercial and industrial waste, materials, or consignments.
• Transport loads to assigned recycling and disposal locations.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-presented, both inside and outside.

About you

• You hold an unrestricted HR licence and have some driving experience.
• You have a clean driving history.
• You present yourself professionally and bring a strong customer-focused approach.
• You work well in a team, are dependable, and are open to learning.
• You are safety-conscious and comfortable working collaboratively.
• Prior experience in the waste industry is helpful but not essential.
