About the Internship

Join Potens IT Services & Consultancy as a Human Resources (HR) intern in Pune, where you will collaborate closely with our HR team to acquire practical experience in HR operations. Success in this role hinges on strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word to effectively handle recruitment data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities by posting vacancies, sourcing potential candidates, and performing initial resume reviews.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between applicants and the hiring team.
• Contribute to organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Maintain and update candidate records within the HR database.
• Assist with the onboarding process and orientation of new employees.
• Participate in drafting and revising job descriptions and company policies.
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR department as required.

Who Can Apply

• Applicants must be available for full-time, on-site internships.
• Internship start dates should be between 30th July 2026 and 3rd September 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship period is required.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in human resources.

Additional Information and Perks

• Stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
