Inspection Supervisor (Assembly & Integration)

Role overview

Greenland Group is hiring an Inspection Supervisor focused on assembly and integration work for the Ministry of Defense in Saudi Arabia. The role is centered on inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination to support quality output in a manufacturing environment.

Key duties

• Carry out valve testing and verify that results meet the required specifications.
• Review and interpret test outcomes against applicable standards.
• Work in line with approved testing methods and procedures to keep work consistent and quality-driven.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and other specialized equipment for testing and measurement tasks.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of assembly activities, inspections, and test findings.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and operating protocols to support a safe environment.
• Share information with supervisors, colleagues, and subordinates through phone, written communication, email, or face-to-face discussion.
• Complete tasks and instructions assigned by the Plant Head in a timely manner.

Education

A diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.

Experience

Candidates should bring at least 7 years of relevant experience. Background in Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Overseas Companies, Automobile, or Industrial Machinery such as generators and diesel engines is preferred.

Compensation

Monthly salary: Tk. 150000 to Tk. 165000.
