Role Overview The Muthoot Group is hiring an Internship Trainee to support branch-level customer handling and related operational work in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The role is centered on assisting walk-in customers, maintaining KYC and documentation records, and helping with customer communication and backend branch tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and assist customers who visit the branch, including helping with enquiries, KYC checks, and document management.
Provide customer service support and basic orientation to visitors and existing clients.
Make calls to existing customers regarding interest collection and share updates as needed.
Handle selected backend activities at the branch to support day-to-day operations.
Identify potential leads, approach prospects, and present products or services to clients.
