Introduction Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring an energetic and confident Introduction Executive to join an expanding Introduction and Relationship Management function in Dubai, UAE. This full-time position is suited to recent graduates and professionals with up to 1 year of experience who want to start or grow a career in financial services.

In this role, you will handle communication with prospective and current clients, support onboarding activities, help manage client relationships, and contribute to engagement efforts in a regulated financial services setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective and existing clients in a clear, professional manner.
• Present company services and explain the onboarding journey.
• Support and coordinate account opening and onboarding workflows.
• Carry out regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
• Keep CRM records updated accurately and consistently.
• Set reminders, follow-up tasks, and client-related schedules.
• Work closely with onboarding, support, and operations teams.
• Maintain a high standard of professional communication.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and internal operating procedures.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English is required.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience.
