Labeling Processing Officer

Position Overview

The Labeling Processing Officer will take charge of the complete label handling workflow, from preparing and printing labels to coordinating their use across production and warehousing. The role calls for close day-to-day interaction with production, warehouse, customer service, and quality control teams to make sure labels are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, helping keep product movement smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and print product labels while confirming that item details, barcodes, expiry information, and required regulatory data are correct and current.
• Work with production and warehouse teams to ensure labeling happens on schedule according to daily orders and delivery plans.
• Track label inventory levels and coordinate with procurement or suppliers to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Verify that labeling practices align with company standards as well as external legal, regulatory, or customer-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with customer service to include special client label requests, such as private-label formats or custom codes, and make sure these match the order specifications.
• Identify, investigate, and help resolve labeling errors or mismatches in collaboration with production and quality teams.
• Prepare regular updates and reports covering labeling activity, consumption, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities for planning and audit support.

Required Qualifications

• A TS (Technical School) diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; studies related to industrial processes, printing, or packaging are considered an advantage.
• Applicants should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a similar labeling-focused position.
• Ability to read, speak, and write Arabic, English, and French is required.
• Strong precision, organization, multitasking ability, communication, and teamwork skills are expected.
• Comfort with data entry and office software, especially Excel, is important.
• Experience with label printing software or related systems will be considered a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and printing-related tools is expected.

Additional Information

This position is based in Mazraet Yachou, Mount Lebanon Governorate, Lebanon and is a full-time, onsite role.

The core objective of the role is to support accurate label processing and smooth product flow across operational teams.
