Role Overview

In this role, you will join the Training & Development team within the HR function and take ownership of Learning & Development across three Saudi entities. The position calls for building an integrated learning approach, making the most of the existing academy, and putting in place a long-term knowledge transfer structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the annual Learning & Development plan and strategy.
  • Carry out Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps.
  • Oversee the yearly training schedule and associated budget.
  • Increase the effectiveness and usage of the Training Academy.
  • Create and manage technical, engineering, and administrative learning programs.
  • Set up a structured Knowledge Transfer Program.
  • Identify, develop, and support internal trainers and subject matter experts.
  • Administer the LMS and maintain accurate training records.
  • Evaluate training impact and present KPI-based reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Learning & Development is expected.
  • Background in industrial, EPC, or oil and gas environments is preferred.
  • Saudi National candidates are preferred.
  • Strong command of English is required.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Power BI is needed.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications is required.
