Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Keep the nursing center and surrounding grounds tidy, secure, organized, and visually presentable.
• Handle small repair work on items such as handrails, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and extinguishers.
• Replace HVAC filters as needed.
• Move, carry, lift, and restock supplies.
• Step in and take over the Maintenance Supervisor’s duties when that person is unavailable.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent credential, along with a working understanding of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry basics.

Compensation

The posted pay range is USD 18.00 to USD 20.00 per hour.
