The company is looking for someone who wants to contribute in a high-growth setting where people, culture, and business impact matter.
About the role
The organization is hiring a Manager, Human Resources to support a client group and strengthen the delivery of talent programs. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, this person will operate as both a strategic partner and a hands-on executor, helping business leaders improve talent outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and people-related decision-making.
This position combines advisory work, program ownership, leadership support, and HR project involvement. The successful candidate will bring structure to complex situations, use data to guide recommendations, and help elevate the capability of leaders and HR partners.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by offering practical guidance on talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead core HR programs such as performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, talent management, and workforce planning, making sure they align with business goals.
- Convert business priorities into organized HR plans with defined timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes.
- Work closely with teams across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to ensure the business is properly staffed and ready to scale.
- Support and mentor Employee Relations Specialists and other HR partners, including Talent Acquisition and Payroll, to promote consistency and strong partnership standards.
- Handle complex employee relations situations with sound judgment, careful documentation, and attention to risk reduction and consistency.
- Apply data and workforce insights to spot patterns, predict concerns, and propose actions that improve engagement, retention, and performance.
- Improve HR processes by finding inefficiencies and introducing more scalable, efficient ways of working.
- Coach leaders through a consultative and solution-focused style that builds their capability instead of creating dependency on HR for routine support.
- Support enterprise-wide HR initiatives and help ensure strong adoption and measurable business results.
Experience and qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including business partnering or leading programs and initiatives.
- Prior leadership experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, including Director-level and executive leaders, and influence without formal authority.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to create order in ambiguous environments.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and move solutions forward before problems escalate.
- Comfort using data and metrics to support decisions and influence leaders, along with advanced Excel fluency.
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to balance risk, practicality, and speed.
- Solid employee relations knowledge, especially for handling sensitive and complex situations appropriately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make clear recommendations.
- Ability to keep up with changing HR practices and innovation trends.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
