• Manage security and safety operations while ensuring adherence to relevant laws, rules, and standards.
• Supervise transportation services and coordinate with external vendors to maintain service quality.
• Administer contract-related activities and build productive working relationships with service partners.
• Oversee facilities and assets, including maintenance scheduling and readiness of infrastructure.
• Handle housekeeping and hospitality services to keep operational standards consistently high.
• Ensure that facilities, equipment, and infrastructure stay fully operational and available for use.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage food service providers while upholding quality and safety requirements.
• Track budgets, assess vendor performance, and measure the effectiveness of support operations.

Additional Requirements

Arabic fluency is mandatory. Candidates should already be in Saudi Arabia or be willing to relocate to Riyadh.
