Performance & Analytics Senior Specialist

Role overview

This senior role is responsible for driving performance management, analytics, and executive reporting across the institution. The position uses advanced analysis and digital dashboards to support fact-based decisions and improve visibility into organizational performance.

Performance management

• Create and maintain KPI structures for the institution.
• Track service performance across multiple departments.
• Contribute to strategic and operational review processes.
• Make sure performance indicators stay aligned with institutional goals.

Analytics and reporting

• Build and oversee executive dashboards in Power BI.
• Combine data from ERP, HR, finance, and service platforms.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, consistency, and dependability of data.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting packs.

Data governance

• Define data standards and validation routines.
• Monitor data quality and regulatory or policy compliance.
• Work with data owners to resolve issues and maintain ownership.
• Keep reporting processes and documentation up to date.

Insights and decision support

• Review trends, risks, and performance shortfalls.
• Convert analysis into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Support forecasting and scenario-based planning.
• Turn raw metrics into strategic guidance.

Team leadership

• Guide and oversee analysts and visualization team members.
• Help strengthen analytics capability within CoCE.
• Ensure reports and deliverables are completed on schedule.

Authority

• Access institutional performance information.
• Set and approve dashboard standards.
• Recommend improvements to KPI design and tracking.
• Escalate data quality concerns when needed.

Qualifications and experience

The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 8 to 10 years of experience in performance management or analytics. Strong Power BI and data modeling capability is expected. Experience with enterprise or institutional reporting is preferred, and familiarity with ISO and performance frameworks is considered an added advantage.
