Project Engineer and Site Engineer

Overview

Unibuild Garage L.L.C is seeking experienced Project Engineers and Site Engineers to oversee construction work at project sites. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day site operations, guiding execution, and making sure work is completed on schedule, within the approved scope, and in line with required standards.

What the role involves

• Monitor and manage construction activities directly at site level.
• Keep project execution aligned with timelines, scope, and approved quality requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and method statements.
• Support inspection routines, safety compliance, and quality control checks.
• Handle multiple site tasks efficiently while working under pressure.

Requirements and qualifications

• Must hold Dubai Municipality approval and a valid SOE card; this is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of UAE construction codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and local authority procedures.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision, project coordination, and contractor oversight.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements accurately.
• Background in quality assurance, safety adherence, and inspection processes.
• Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage several site activities simultaneously without compromising performance.
• Possession of a UAE driving license is preferred.

Eligibility
