About the Role

Falcon Green is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a leading company delivering significant infrastructure projects across Ireland. This is a prime opportunity to contribute to large-scale civil engineering works, specifically within the renewable energy sector, based in Westport, County Mayo. You will gain invaluable experience in the commercial delivery of major projects under the guidance of seasoned industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, including valuations and commercial reporting for renewable energy initiatives.
• Provide support for procurement processes and the management of subcontractors.
• Collaborate closely with on-site teams to ensure smooth execution of live infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and detailed cost tracking reports.
• Gain practical knowledge in the commercial aspects of delivering major infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying.
• A degree from a recognized Irish or UK third-level institution is mandatory.
• Exceptional command of both written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• A proactive approach with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• A genuine interest in advancing your career within the industry.
• Possession of a full, valid driving license and readiness to travel to project sites throughout Ireland.

Additional Information

This role offers a competitive salary of up to €75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.
