Role Overview

This position is for a Recruiter role being filled for a partner company through Haystack. The person in this role will help identify, attract, and secure strong talent while supporting hiring teams and contributing to an excellent applicant journey.

What You Will Do

• Create and carry out sourcing strategies that reach both actively searching candidates and passive talent.
• Work with hiring managers and HR partners to clarify staffing needs and put together strong job offers.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience that aligns with the organization’s culture and values at every stage of hiring.
• Share labor market and talent intelligence to help shape hiring plans and support better decisions.

Required Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in recruiting and sourcing high-quality talent.
• A positive, self-driven approach with the resilience to handle recruiting hurdles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders and cross-functional partners at all levels.
