Role Summary

This Scrum Master role supports fully remote, globally distributed teams working inside a SAFe Agile Release Train. The position focuses on enabling delivery across both on-premise and cloud-based solutions while strengthening Agile ways of working and helping teams deliver measurable business value consistently.

Core Duties

Lead and support remote, distributed teams operating within a SAFe Agile Release Train.
Help deliver work across a mix of on-premise and cloud solutions.
Coach teams in Agile practices and encourage continuous improvement.
Drive steady value delivery from sprint to sprint.
Run Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and plan backlog items.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of engineering knowledge, training, or technical experience.
Between 5 and 8 years of professional experience working as a Scrum Master.
Strong command of Agile approaches and the SAFe framework.
A strong focus on process improvement and delivering efficiency-driven outcomes.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
The ability to influence stakeholders effectively, both with and without formal authority.
