Role Overview

The IT Infrastructure team is hiring a Senior System Administrator to support internal employees in a global, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical assistance to employees across a distributed international workforce.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, access, VPN, Citrix, and other system concerns.
  • Administer user access, permissions, and account provisioning in Google Workspace and Active Directory.
  • Set up and support Windows and macOS devices, including installing operating systems and configuring devices from the ground up.
  • Work with mobile device management platforms such as Intune, Jamf, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, and similar tools.
  • Track and manage incoming requests in Jira or other service desk tools while meeting SLA expectations.
  • Maintain corporate IT assets and inventory records.
  • Support internal events and office hub locations from an IT standpoint when needed.
  • Partner with teams across the business to keep IT operations running smoothly and improve the internal support experience.
  • Provide responsive, clear, and effective user support with strong problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate IT as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory administration.
  • Practical experience using MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or equivalent solutions.
  • Proven experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Ability to resolve a broad range of technical issues independently.
  • Experience supporting VPNs, Citrix, and remote access tools.
  • Understanding of ITSM and service desk workflows, with Jira or a similar platform.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Comfort working under pressure in fast-moving, high-priority situations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in Russian and English at intermediate level (B1) or above.
  • Willingness to occasionally support office hubs or company events when required.
