Role Overview

This opening is for an experienced Site Engineer to support construction and project execution activities in Pune. The position calls for strong hands-on site knowledge, sound technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate effectively with teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

Core Responsibilities

• Apply prior construction-site experience to help drive projects efficiently.
• Use a strong understanding of local procedures, processes, and execution methods to support project delivery.
• Work with construction and engineering technologies as part of day-to-day site operations.
• Stay effective under pressure while remaining adaptable and flexible to changing site needs.
• Collaborate smoothly with a multicultural workforce and contribute as an active team player.
• Manage multiple tasks with a self-driven, energetic, and adaptable working style.
• Plan and organize resources effectively for practical site execution.
• Use Microsoft Office and AutoCAD confidently as part of regular work requirements.
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Maintain a strong QA/QC orientation throughout site activities.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of tools and equipment, including the ability to operate them when needed.
• Understand installation guidelines for interior fit-out work and guide subcontractors accordingly.
• Conduct installation training sessions for clients and subcontractors as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 15 years of professional experience as a site engineer in a construction company.
• B.Tech / B.E. qualification is required.
• Strong practical knowledge of construction and engineering practices.
• Background in QA/QC is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and adapt to varied site conditions.
• Good understanding of tools, equipment, and installation standards for interior fit-outs.

Additional Information

This role involves direct interaction with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal site teams. The selected candidate will receive training on the company’s products and installation process.
