Role Overview
Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced store leader to oversee one location and help drive both operational performance and guest satisfaction. The company emphasizes associate growth through paid leadership training, mentoring, and ongoing support from its internal community.
What You Will Do
As the store manager, you will be responsible for running a single restaurant location end to end. This includes recruiting, supervising, and guiding associates, while keeping the store aligned with financial targets and delivering a strong experience for guests. To set you up for success, an 8+ week store leadership training program will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $32 to $35, along with bonus potential.

Requirements

- ServeSafe certification in food safety
Work Conditions
The role is based in Chico, California and requires on-site presence. The work environment can be demanding: kitchen and counter areas may be hot, steam and food vapors are common, noise levels are high, and storage space is limited. The job involves standing for extended periods, moving quickly while maintaining accuracy, handling both hot and cold food, using Chinese kitchen knives and other equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and reaching across 36-inch counters to serve guests. Success in this role also depends on strong communication, adaptability in a changing environment, and the ability to manage conflicts or difficult situations.
