Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Strategy Manager position based in Dubai. The role centers on turning market, competitor, and internal performance information into practical strategic direction for the business. You will help shape business plans, prepare leadership-ready presentations and reports, and work closely with teams across the organization to convert strategy into action. The position also includes analytical work around finance and operations, coordination with stakeholders, monitoring strategic initiatives, and supporting senior leaders with business opportunities, risk reviews, and long-range planning.

Key Responsibilities

The Strategy Manager will evaluate market movements, competitor activity, and company performance to inform planning and decision-making. You will build and refine strategy documents, business cases, and executive presentations, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution. The role also requires tracking strategic project progress, measuring outcomes, and providing support to senior management on new opportunities and risk-related assessments.

Qualifications

• You should be comfortable analyzing complex information, spotting meaningful patterns, and converting findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills are needed to share insights with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience in finance is important, especially in areas such as financial modeling, business case creation, and performance review.
• A background in consulting or management consulting, particularly with exposure to strategy design and rollout, is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a similar subject is required; a master’s degree or MBA would be an added advantage.
• You should have prior experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a comparable role in a corporate or consulting setting.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities are essential for success in a multicultural and fast-paced workplace.
• Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is expected, and experience with analytics or business intelligence tools is a plus.
• The role calls for someone who can work independently, handle several priorities at once, and deliver accurate work to deadlines.
