Supply Chain Analyst 2

Role Summary

This contract role runs for 1 year and may be extended. It is based onsite in Plano, Texas. The position focuses on coordinating and speeding up the movement of work and materials across teams in line with production planning. The role also involves reviewing production, work, and shipping schedules, along with preparing reports on inventory, costs, and related operational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect documents, materials, and finished products, while tracking work activities to confirm they are complete, accurate, and aligned with required standards.
• Evaluate production schedules, work orders, and staffing plans to identify labor needs, material needs, and the correct order of priorities.
• Capture production records such as output volume, raw material usage, and quality control results.
• Request, track, and manage inventory levels for materials and supplies needed to support production demand.

Skills and Requirements

• Korean language fluency is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with sharp attention to detail, sound problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal skills.
• Capability to assess manufacturing, labor, and material costs.
• Ability to accurately log and maintain customer or client records.
• Understanding of relevant shipping and production laws and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with common office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education and Experience

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Applicants need 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $25 to $27 per hour.

Additional Information

The position is onsite in Plano, TX. The contract is for 1 year with a possibility of extension.
