Role Summary

This position is for a Technical Sales Engineer who can identify and develop new opportunities, present complex solutions effectively, and manage deals from initial lead through to final closure. The role combines technical understanding with sales execution across robotics, automation, labs, and technical education products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and pursue new business leads across industrial, education, and government accounts.
  • Market and sell industrial robotics, collaborative robots, automation systems, engineering labs, STEM labs, TVET training equipment, and R&D solutions.
  • Meet monthly and yearly sales goals as well as assigned KPIs.
  • Handle the full sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and final project closure.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer workshops.
  • Draft both technical and commercial proposals.
  • Develop durable relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Keep CRM data and pipeline information accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with technical and project teams to support smooth delivery.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and client-facing events.

Qualification Requirements

A bachelor’s degree is required, with the following backgrounds preferred:

  • Mechatronics Engineering, strongly preferred
