We're looking for an internship candidate passionate about crafting videos that drive engagement and conversions for ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-impact video advertisements optimized for platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Develop compelling hooks that effectively capture the audience's attention and stop the scroll.
• Incorporate captions, sound effects, and pacing tuned for maximizing viewer retention and conversions.
• Work collaboratively with marketing teams to test different video creatives and refine them based on performance data.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in one or two video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable software.
• Understanding of short-form video content and the psychology behind viewer engagement.
• Curiosity and interest in ad analytics and performance monitoring.
• Must have a portfolio or examples of previous editing work to share.
• Willingness to complete a short editing test assignment as part of the selection process.
• Availability for the full 3-month internship duration.
• Comfortable with remote work currently, with potential to work onsite in the future if required.

Stipend
