Key duties
- Coordinate workshop activity so jobs, people, and resources are scheduled effectively.
- Drive high repair standards and make sure each vehicle is completed to the expected quality.
- Support the rollout and use of digital tools and processes as part of the company’s digital transformation.
- Help team members grow through coaching, development, and training support.
- Oversee the movement and availability of parts needed in the workshop.
- Keep communication flowing across the department so everyone understands progress and priorities.
- Improve operational parts of the customer journey, including vehicle health checks.
- Maintain compliance with group finance controls, DVSA MOT requirements, and health and safety rules.
Candidate profile
You should bring prior experience in an automotive dealership environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced aftersales setting. The role suits someone who can lead by example, manage workshop performance, and focus on first-time fix, sold hours, and efficiency.
